We offer nationwide shipping, and the shipping cost will be determined during the checkout process. Our preferred shipping partner is Australia Post, and you can choose between Standard or Express Post services. Please note that for larger and bulkier items, we utilize courier services, so we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
For substantial items like Slushy Syrups and 15kg Popcorn Kernels, especially in remote areas, it’s advisable to get in touch with us. Shipping charges to these areas may vary and can sometimes be quite high, so we can provide you with the most accurate information and options.
Blend the syrup by combining 1 part syrup with 4 parts water. For instance, take 2 liters of syrup and mix it with 8 liters of water.
All our Slushy Syrups are versatile and can also serve as Snow Cone Syrups. The sole distinction lies in not diluting them with water; they are ready to use.
Feel free to introduce alcohol to any of our syrups, but it’s advisable to do so once the mixture is frozen.

You have the option to initiate a return within 7 days from the date of purchase, contingent upon the item’s preservation in its original state and your ability to furnish a valid proof of purchase. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges for opened food items, but we are more than willing to collaborate on finding a satisfactory resolution.
In the event of a return, it is imperative that the item is dispatched to us in an identical condition to how it was initially received, inclusive of all original tags and packaging, including the box. For your convenience and assurance, we strongly recommend employing registered post when returning the item(s) to us, as we cannot assume responsibility for any items that may be lost in transit.
Flossine is a concentrated product distinct from Floss Sugar, commonly used for making Cotton Candy. To create Floss Sugar, simply blend Flossine with granulated sugar, either regular white sugar or Manufactures Grade sugar, following the provided instructions. Please avoid using castor sugar, as its fine texture is not suitable for this purpose.
