Shipping & Pickup Information

We ship orders Australia-wide from Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or QLD public holidays.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are not included in product pricing and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Options & Processing Times

  • Standard & Express Shipping – Orders placed before 12 PM (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched the same day or next day via Australia Post.
  • Star Track Express – Orders placed before 12 PM (Monday – Friday) will be shipped the same day.
  • Couriers Please – Orders placed Monday – Friday will be dispatched the following business day.

Order Tracking & Urgent Requests
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

If your order is urgent, please contact us at 0405 277 428 before placing your order for an estimated delivery time.

Delivery Estimates
Please note that Express Shipping and Star Track Express do not guarantee next-day delivery but are typically faster than Standard Shipping. Delivery times vary by location:

  • Metro Areas: 3 – 7 business days
  • Regional Areas: 5 – 8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7 – 9 business days

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries.

Returns & Refunds

All returns must be approved by Fun Food Co, before being sent back.

  • If you made an error or changed your mind, we will refund the product cost only. Postage costs (both ways) are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • A valid tracking number is required for all returns. Refunds will only be processed once we receive the returned goods.

If we made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items. We will correct the issue at no cost to you.

Important Notes on Returns:

  • Opened food products cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty.
  • Any product faults or damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Please email photos of the issue within this timeframe.
